📦 Shipping Policy

Aleksi Aero LLC ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and service.
  • Domestic delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes.

 

Tracking Information:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Aleksi Aero LLC is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier.

 

Delays or Issues:

We are not liable for delays due to carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.


🔄 Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Custom-built or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

 

Return Process:

  1. Email support@aleksiaero.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we will send you return instructions and authorization.
  3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective on arrival.

 

Refunds:

  • We will notify you of the outcome once we have received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
